I bring 30 years of ordained ministry experience in local church ministry, hospital chaplaincy and aged care chaplaincy in the Anglican church in Sydney. I have ministered to people of a range of faiths and no faith. I hold qualifications in theology, ministry, clinical pastoral education, and professional pastoral supervision.
I help people in ministry and community service do their work better by learning through reflecting on their experience.
I am known for my warmth, deep listening, and creativity in assisting people to reflect and come to their own conclusions about how to proceed.
I can help you keep yourself in good shape so that those you serve do well. I can help you establish good boundaries, find your voice, and manage conflicts better. You will learn from your successes as well as difficulties. Supervision may also help you to avoid burnout, anxiety and depression.
Appointments are usually online but can be arranged in Ryde or Ashfield (both in Sydney).

Come into a safe, non-judgmental space to share, reflect, and grow.
Reflection will help you grow as a person, in your role and relationships.
I will assist you to navigate challenges with integrity, courage and justice.
I am supervised for the work I do with you. I undertake regular professional development. I maintain professional indemnity insurance, professional memberships, and abide by the Codes of Conduct of the Australasian Association of Supervision as well as the Anglican Church, Diocese of Sydney.
Regular, structured supervision ensures you are thinking through what you are doing and how you are doing it.
I will not discuss our sessions without your permission except in extreme circumstances. If required by your organisation, I will only report on the dates and times of our meetings, not the content.
